New American Academy of Sleep Movement guidelines for the treatment of RLS

For anyone who missed posts by Joolsg and SueJohnson about AASM's drafting work last year, there is a new Clinical Practice Guideline from the AASM advising against the use of dopamine agonists for RLS except in some exceptional circumstances, strongly recommending iron therapy, and advising for gabapentinoids and low dose opioids.
