I'm RLS free now and want to share how

Hi! As a person more or less RLS free I want to share something. I had to abondone Emoxypine (you can find my original post here) after the initial 7 days course. An elevated level of dopamine caused indigestion in my guts. After some time it became obvious. Now I'm more or less RLS free, since it was mild anyways to begin with. Magnesium + B6 help. General multivitamins from different manufacturers every day, 1 pill, no matter what is a suggested daily intake. Right now I have 5 different brands of multivitamins on my shelf, taking a different pill every day. Avoiding Omeprazole since it directly causes RLS but most of the MDs don't know it. I allow myself to drink alcohol but don't overeat, especially carbs. Some valerian drops. I try to stand more then sit. An occasional session with a good massage therapist. I like cold air and I sleep only with my AC set to a lowest temperature possible and under a heavy enough blanket. Directing a fan to my feet in case they start acting up while I try to fall asleep. My job is pretty stressful so if valerian drops don't work anymore I take Alimemazine for some time. If it stops working as well I take Phenibut 250 Mg before going to bed (no more than 10 days in a row).

That's great!

But for others who read this:

Alimemazine is a sedating antihistamine which makes RLS worse for most.

Also a few people on reddit say Phenibut makes their RLS worse.
