This might seem a daft question but I need to increase my iron & read I should take it with 100mg of VitC.
How do I take 100mg of VitC? All the tablets are 1000mg. The average tangerine is 50mg & not what I’d choose to eat at night. Do I buy a VitC powder?

If you can bear to get yourself to an Aldi, they have chewable 200mg vit c tablets for very little money.
Aldi vit C 200mg. Reply (1)Report
Thanks for the tip. I’ve been to Aldi today but only found 500mg. Better than 1000 though.

In some shops you may need to look amongst the children's vitamins, as most of the adult offerings are as you say 500mg-1000mg.
On the other hand, orange juice contains approximately 50-90 mg of vitamin C per 100 ml so a good glass will give you what you need

Sainsbury's sell 100mg vit c tablets but have 15mg zinc included, not sure if that would matter
