Feed back on the ginger and garlic paste

I have been able to watch two episodes of Dr Who this evening and do some art work. I felt my legs starting at about 4.30pm, made myself some paste ate a couple of spoonful's and the legs settled nicely.3 hours later still good. It also appears to have cleared up what was becoming a productive cough.

thank you for this update ! Presume this is now the ‘ready’ minced garlic / ginger? I’m loving the sound of this to try for my mum .

I used a garlic clove and some lazy ginger from tescos and mashed them together. I image minced would work as well.

That's very good news. I take the mixture in tiny amounts during the afternoon /evening and it's still working for me. My friend only takes 1 teaspoon but I probably take slightly more over the day....certainly no side effects yet!

out of interest how much Honey did you put in I've made some and I think it works but I don't think I've used enough honey so it's very strong to taste.

I put about a teaspoon of lazy ginger, one crushed garlic clove and two heaped teaspoons of honey. I quite liked it.

interesting. I took a teaspoon full of it for one night and it didn't make any difference. Maybe I gave up too soon. I will try again, and persevere for longer this time.
