Recipe for garlic and ginger paste for RLS

This is what I'm using ..4 oz /120 grams fresh garlic, 4 oz/120 grams fresh ginger root plus runny honey to make a paste. Liquidise or mash together ..Take a teaspoonful and eat it during the afternoon/evening... My friend just takes it before bed but my RLS starts early evening so I'm starting it earlier .trial and error . I have bought a small jar of minced garlic and ginger from Tesco...so will try that. Drink something to get rid of taste!! Do hope it helps but it's a natural remedy...no side effects ..

I would far preffer to leave out the honey and instead use garlic and ginger as flavourings in other foods like curry where you could include another anti oxidant tumeric.

I agree...will try to use more garlic and ginger generally...wish I'd know this years ago....

I think some honeys are anti-inflammatory too - needs a bit of research. I love this (I've read quite a bit since you posted) and do update us on the ready stuff as soon as able as I think this would be more manageable for my mum.

Is there not some benefit to raw garlic though? (I don't actually know, just wondering!)

Yes both ingredients, garlic and ginger, are raw....they're good for you but very pungent! I'm still RLS free after a week..but early days...😊
