As far as Rx interactions might go, my daily cocktail is 20 mg Trintellix at waking, 900mg of gabapentin in the evening, and 1.5mg Lunesta 15 minutes before sleep, . As needed: clonazepam and naratriptan. Monthly: aimovig for migraines.
Trintellix is an SSRI antidepressant which make RLS worse for most. Safe antidepressants are Wellbutrin and Trazodone. There are even anecdotal cases for Wellbutrin helping RLS symptoms. And Trazodone can help anxiety and insomnia.
Did you do the test in the morning and fasted? Were you supplementing at all before the test? Ferritin rises in the presence of inflammation, did you do any inflammation markers like SED rate or CRP?
