If it's one of them percussion massagers, then yes.I got one recently recommended here (Brad and Bob) on amazon.de.
Absolutely brilliant. Beats any of the others outa the ring.

It distracts the twitchies long enough to allow my brain to click the off button.It has also helped hugely with a very troublesome hip/ buttock pain.
