FYI, Therapulse

I decided to order a Therapulse. Two in fact. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I tried using them when not symptomatic. Shortly after I became sympathetic. I also tried using them when mildly symptomatic. Within a few minutes my symptoms got so much worse that I pulled them off as quickly as I could. So glad they help some. Definitely not me!

I'm so sorry it didn't help. They have a return policy, so do use it.I tried revitive foot massager with electrical impulses, and it had the same effect. It actually worsened my RLS.

Yes, I plan on returning. Was worth the try. Seems like the less stimulation to my legs the better.

So sorry to hear that Therapulse not working for you .. I only use it when I get RLS...but I'm still using the garlic/ginger some days as a prevention... We are no nearer to a complete cure, sadly ..😢

Garlic and ginger still helping? Are you using the ready jars in the end ?

Thank you!

Yes I'm using the garlic and ginger again..had a few days break as the taste is so awful. I'm on holiday in Tenerife and being more relaxed is helping but getting RLS occasionally.. any alcohol (sangria!)is a trigger..Have magnesium butter for legs, Therapulse and the garlic...I brought a ready jar but liquidised a large amount before the holiday do haven't used the bought stuff...Have you tried it and is it helping?? I'm cheating and eating a square of dark chocolate after the paste!!

I'm sure dark choc is generally good :-). Not tried yet - it's for my mum, and we're trying so many things at the moment - I'm trying to isolate and do one at a time!

Thanks so much for the info ! (and you have to have sangria on holiday ha ha!)

What suits one ....

It was the same for me. It seemed OK for a minute and then the RL came on just as before or worse. I decided to keep them for a bit longer and try again another time, I know it won't change a thing. Very disappointing but had to try.
