RLS and Kratom

I've been suffering from severe RLS for many years. Taking so many different meds to control it. Currently tramadol, can't stand the side effects of it. Sleep deprivation is hardest for me. I have decided to try Meng Da Kratom. From what I see it works for most people. Does anyone have any idea has to how many grams I should start with?

Start low - ALWAYS.

Try a gram to start with and then 2,3,4 - you can see where this is going :)

You don't want to notice any psychological effects just enough to deaden the maddening restlessness and pain. When you hit that level you have it. As with all drugs/herbs/substances please read as much as you can - knowledge is your friend.

Lots of info and links on this thread:

Good luck.
