Talke about 12 tablets and microwave in a ceramic cup. After cooling rubs your upper and lower legs.. It helps me. I also take a large head super vibrator and massage all I can reach for about five minutes. It helps. Before starting this regimen I take two 600mg of Tylenol The real Tylenol if you please. As I begin to get sleepy I stop everything and try to go to sleep. If all this does not work I take on a low dose of Ropinirole. Only one per night. I hope this can be of some help to you. Good for you that you have found things that help. Some of us on here have used the magnesium sprays that are out on the market, with success. Magnesium is certainly one of the better natural substances in the arsenal against RLS. I have found that different things work better at different times, and so have a few different things up my sleeve, as you do. Sometimes my RLS does not bother me at all, sometime it does. And some people have it much worse than I do, so their "arsenal" contains much stronger things.

I take magnesium, usually citrate tho I have used maleate if it is at the store. Magnesium oxide is the worst as it causes severe diarrhea. Citrate and maleate do not do that (and a few others.) I use the spray if I need it in the middle of the night (or progesterone cream, which works well, but may be controversial for some. It is calming to the nerves below the skin, as well as the system.)
