Have a look at Involuntary Dancer posts. She has been having success with Dipyridamole and a very low dose of pramipexole.
Yes, as Julesg says, I take 125mg per day. I haven't found it to be a magic bullet for rls but it muffles the overall symptoms. It completely resolves the creepy crawley sensation but I still get the urge to move - only not as strongly. To deal with the urge to move I reintroduced a small dose of pramipexole (0.044mg). I am still taking a small dose of pregabalin also. I am gradually reducing this drug with a view to eliminating it and am down to 50mg daily. I also take 4mg ldn. The biggest benefit of dipyridamole is how much better I feel during the day time; much more normal and like 'myself'. Ldn also helps with this. The combination of dipyridamole, ldn and pramipexole has given me the best relief and quality of life I had had in years. At the moment I am taking a 3 week break from pramipexole and I am not doing so well. I am not getting much sleep although it is much less unpleasant with no creepy crawley sensation
