I just saw this. I'm not even sure if I can get it in the US, but I was wondering if anyone had tried it? and was it helpful or just another gimmick? arelesin.com/

I’d be suspicious as it just seems to be a hyped up magnesium supplement. If normal magnesium citrate ( cheap) doesn’t help your RLS I doubt a more expensive version will either.

But..... WAAD ( we are all different).

Hi RLSgirl,

After googling this, I agree with Jools.

I have the RLS syndrome since my childhood. I tried everything possible (even metal wires tied to my feet) and after some time any benefit, experienced at the beginning, stopped. With Arelesin I found something finally working – of course only besides my meticulously performed anti-RLS rituals, like spraying feet with water before night sleeping and spreading a good moistening cream on the soles of feet. Altogether, it finally works and is stable. In my case, only Arelesin did not prove to be beneficent, at least at more jittery nights.
