Can anyone recommend a reliable supplier of Kratom (or anything else which might work)?
I am getting desperate. I have tried all the dopamine agonists and really don’t want to go back on to them because of the side effects. I am on 150 grammes of Lyrica and 150 grammes of Tramadol, but this is no longer working, not to speak of the weight gain.
Any advice gratefully received.

Kratom works for me if the spasticity isn’t extreme. If it is I use cannabis, which I drink, like tea. I don’t like it but it works. This is on top of Pramipexole and Gabapentin. If you’re in the U.K. try KratomU.K.
I take it every night. Am working on gut rehabilitation to get to the root of the problem. (RLS rooted in leaky gut/imflamation.) Haven't relied on doctors much since I beat cancer with an alternative therapy. Current health care system great for traumatic injury, not much else.
I like their Red Jong Kong, Red Hulu Kappuas, and Red Ketapang. For some reason Red Bali keeps me awake. Everyone's body reacts to different types of Kratom idiosyncratically, although broad generalizations can be made. This company has excellent customer service and fast shipping even though I live on the opposite coast. I have no affiliation with this company. Start small, get some samples, start with 1/2 or 1 teaspoon. Good luck. So wonderful to be able to sleep!
I have had good success with happyhippoherbals.com. I'm not sure if they ship overseas, but you could easily ask them through their web site. They do appear to accept Dollars, Euros, and Pound Sterling.
I order it from dekratomshop.nl and they post it to me. Theirs seems to be fine as regards quality and purity but have to confess I have never got it from anywhere else. I so wish it was legal and regulated. It works really well for me.
I usually use a red strain such as red vein Borneo. More recently I have been alternating between varieties to avoid becoming habituated.
