Hylands Restful legs

Started using Hylands Restful legs tablets. How quickly do they work? Been on them a week and still getting some RLS.

Someone on here recommended them last week which is why I bought them!

I believe the forum member who suggested the tablets also mentioned to use something else as well and did add that what may help one person will not necessarily help another.

Hi Debbie. I haven't tried Restful Legs but I did take Simply Vital 'QuietLegs', which were of no use to me at all. I've spent a lot of money over the years on various things which haven't worked, though perhaps they've worked for others. Good luck.

I use it. Not as a 1st line treatment.

I take 1200 mg of Gabapentin daily and if, when i go to bed, i start to feel the RLS coming on, I dissolve 2 of them under my tongue. I usually fall asleep in minutes.

They didn’t work at all for me.
