I posted on here a little while back after my RLS had started spasms in my shoulders and arm. It has progressed into something that more or less is a constant. Id say 60% of my waking day has me shaking and jerking over and over in my left shoulder and neck. It is making everyday tasks quite irritating.
Like a lot of people here i've been through so many different medications over the 14 years of RLS. I am at the point of Neupro patches, and 15mg Oxy every night. This works fine for the legs but doesn't do a thing for the spasms.
I was reading about CBD and its health benefits, and wondered if anyone had any success with it.
Not interested in the weed you buy off the streets as that will have THC in it, and that just made me feel like crap in the past.
I am so sorry you are having daytime spasms. Are you sure that the medications you are on have not gone into augmentation to cause these daytime symptoms? I live in the United States and so some of the meds may be different but a lot of RLS meds do eventually cause augmentation. Check into that and try to get off of those meds. As far as CBD goes YES I am having great success with it. I have suffered with this miserable condition for over 20 years, have gone through the gamut of drugs and discovered CBD a few months ago. I take a concentrated oral oil from CBD Plus. I take 15-30 mg of CBD per dose. I am hoping that I can get off of some of my meds. It works great for me in calming the central nervous system which is where RLS originates. And CBD doesn't have the THC in it. Wonderful.
Here is the link to the website where I obtain my CBD oil. I find that 15-30 mg per dose works well for me. This may not work for you but if you are like me, you are probably willing to try it! Blessings!pluscbdoil.com/
Omg, you are the first person I have heard say that other than me..I also have it in my arms, legs, throat, and hands..It is painful and goes on all day and night..I have to take tramadol for it and I am maxed out on dosage. I am looking into CBD oil hoping it could offer me some life.
