Hello I really have a question, can calcium with magnesium & zinc help with this horrible RLS ? And any thoughts on Tumeric ? I wish to God they could find a cure.

A lot of people have posted on here that they get relief from RLS using magnesium & a few people on another site I belong to (MS related) with very mild RLS say they find it helps. I've taken magnesium for over 8 months and it doesn't help me at all.
If you're on gabapentin ( or horizant) don't take magnesium within 3 hrs as it negates effect of the gaba.

Hello, RegBlunt: If you are deficient in calcium and magnesium, it could be a problem causing the nerves to react. In the early days of my struggle with RLS, my naturopathic doctor recommended high doses of calcium, magnesium (and some other ingredients) and it helped me a lot. But the company producing my special calcium blend stopped selling the product, and I lost the help.
There are many forms of calcium, some are more useful by the body than others. I have no specific recommendations; so do some research. It may help you.
