Corned beef sandwich

I read about putting a bar of soap between the sheets to prevent RLS. As a possible cause is iron deficieny, has anybody tried replacing the soap with a corned beef sandwich?

I find if I use a corned beef sandwich instead of soap apart from it going all soggy and falling apart in the shower I end up smelling of meat!

A cold wet Haddock does just as well- with the added benefit of some magnesium from the sea water. Bit smelly by the morning though. But it must be worth it for a good nights sleep 😂

Forget the soap, just eat the corned beef sandwich. Nom nom nom.

The best combo is the soap inside the corn beef sandwich, that way it doesn't smell as much in the morning. LOL

My favorite is a teaspoon of yellow mustard per day. And to show you how desperate I am, I actually tried it. And yes, I also tried the soap, but don't tell anyone. Soupy

my next door neighbor told me to eat mustard, it actually has some good quality from the tumeric in it. Did not work for me, that is for sure. LOL UGH

I tried the soap in the bed, but that didn`t make any difference, & I`m not anemic according to blood tests, so the cause of my RLS is still a complete mystery.

Worth a try. In desperation I tried the bar of soap trick. it did nothing. Still river dancing all night long.
