Thanks Mad, thats really good to know, I didnt know if the e-cig was the right way to go but it must be better than smoking a proper cigarette. I have ordered the medium strength but I didnt know which one to go for. Are you weaning yourself off the e-cig?

I've been on the e cig for 2 weeks now,I don't feel I want a real cig anymore,I'm happy with the e cig it takes my cravings away for a real cig,my wife smokes real cigs still and when she goes out for cig I go with her and vape on my e cig,vaping is the way forward, keep at it :))
