Bit of a chilled out day for me, yipeee I'm on holiday... The first bit of time off work since last September and OMG do I need it!! Just imagine trying to complete a months worth or work in two weeks, then to make matters worse last Thursday I came down with the flu too!!!

Yesterday was first day of hols, drove down to Pembrokeshire, staying at St Brides castle with future (if he ever get round to buying that rock ;-)) mother-in-law, sister in law and her partner! Bit odd I know, better half on his way down this evening. Since arriving yesterday Arvo, I've slept, slept abit more, walked the dogs, slept, walked dogs, slept, just been for a swim and steam, now apartment empty ( too ill to go site seeing in rain!) so just cracked open a bottle of pino and remembered forgot to put on my patch this am!!

Isn't it amazing, 24 years of smoking, 4 and half weeks of obsessing about not smoking, then just like that I forget to patch up and don't think twice about it! Maybe it's the flu... Or maybe the wine!! Of course now I've remembered, I really fancy a fag!!! Nico or habit or both??? !

Anyway all patched up, inhalator close to hand, Marian Keynes and a glass of wine, what better way to waste away an afternoon whilst its blowing a gale outside!!! X
