Keep up the great work. Happy to say I am just over 12 months Smoke Free. With the help of Champix. Can honestly say it's the BEST thing I have ever done for myself. I hate the smell of cigarettes now, did not realise how much I must have stunk ! Keep going if I can do it Anyone can.

When I was smoking I just didn't realise how bad the smell was. I always wear perfume. It's only a non smoker who can smell it.

I had 2 letters in the post on Saturday telling me Ive got to go for ANOTHER lung function test & an ECG after being diagnosed with a lesser known lung disease ILD

I finally had the flu jab as well at the advice of the hospital - so my life has turned very dark -blacker than black (sorry to break any PC correctness rules -no offence to anyone) -but thats the way I see it -particularly when you've diagnosed 2 weeks before xmas

While Ive got to go through all of these tests my hospital doctor has told me to go through -Ive got to go through before he decides what medication hes going to put me on

I've had to self medicate to stop any onset of wheezing -buying Chesty cough lemsip taking them according to the instructions on the box of course-it helps a bit

My mum is giving me grief about it saying she doesnt think I should do it but Ive told her its to stop any wheezing

Shes been getting on my nerves lately shes forever giving me rapid fire questions about what the matter is -symptons -am I this??? am I feeling that?...… How long have I been getting????? shes like a budgie pecking at its birdseed & last week I snapped & told her so & if it continues Im going to accuse her of making me feel ill by her continuous questions because quite frankly thats the way I feel
