E-cigs any good??????????
Hi lainey123,
Welcome to this wonderful site :), Well done on taking the first important step to stop smoking, your body is telling you to give up now, as you say health is a very important reason to stop.
I've been stopped just over 4 months now, it's been a journey full of ups and downs, which i never would have got through without the help of all the wonderful people on here.
I haven't used the e-cigs but a few people on here have, they'll be on here soon and help you with this, along with Emjay, who is our advisor.
Good luck with your journey :), keep posting on here for lots of help, encouragement, and a few laughs along the way
Sue
Hi lainey 123 and welcome to our lovely community. You've found the right place if you want any help and advice.
It sounds like you've got to the right place in your head to start your quit.
I can't comment on using e-cigs as I have no experience but quite a few on here have. You can have a look through the old posts and questions to find out if you think they might work for you.
Whatever you decide, please come and join in the daily chat and share your journey with others. We'll be there to support you through all the ups and downs that you will encounter and help you to succeed in your quit.
Good luck, Andi
