There's certainly some food for thought there Sarah!

It's really important that people make sure that their reasons for quitting aren't turned into excuses for starting again :-/

Looking at your list of reasons regularly helps to strenthen your motivation to stay stopped :-)

On a scale of 1-10 (10 being really confident) How do you feel about not smoking today? :-)

I thought a few of it was quite interesting but a lot of it has been covered in this site before

I would say that I am a 10 about being confident Im not going to have a fag but a 3 about how sad I am because I am missing them so much.
