CO2 reading....

Had my CO2 reading done today and for the 3rd week in a row its 1...my smoking adviser is pleased to bits with me she says as i have dropped down to 1 zyban a day since saturday she is of the opinion that i can wean myself off them now as it is my mind set that is stopping me from wanting a fag...to be honest i dont crave a fag and havent since ive stopped. My adviser knew i was going to stop as she said i was soo determined ..im glad i can go into 2013 knowing i will neva smoke again....so a final word to any1 thinking about quitting dont just think it do it ...u never know what you can achive unless u try...good luck
