I know that Lenne had a great experience after visiting her Doctors surgery. She wrote a lovely blog about the nurse who is providing her with stop smoking support.

Hi Emjay, i might just go to my nearest chemist tomorrow, and see if they do this carbon monoxide test, or what ever it is??

I'm using the NHS support-the woman I saw was very good-it involves signing up for 8 weeks and returning weekly for new supplies of NRT-I took away nicotine patches and gum. They do the carbon monoxide test as part of the session. To find out where your local service is google NHS stop smoking service- mine is at Boots in Birmingham Ciry Centre-they all have weekly slots
