  • I'm using the NHS support-the woman I saw was very good-it involves signing up for 8 weeks and returning weekly for new supplies of NRT-I took away nicotine patches and gum. They do the carbon monoxide test as part of the session. To find out where your local service is google NHS stop smoking service- mine is at Boots in Birmingham Ciry Centre-they all have weekly slots
