Morning everyone how are we all ? 😊 Afew posts recently been posted got me thinking 🤔.. . Quiting smoking isn’t easy but it’s the best thing you can do for your health I started smoking at 13! Thinking I was cool 😎 and it’s what everyone did right? I continued to smoke and gradually smoked more and more and before I knew it I was addicted to that nicotine monster 👹 I thought doctors were just saying pack in smoking for your health was just a thing they said ( especially as my gp would smoke aswell) anyway . . . .. . Fast forward when I got to 41 I was getting very breathless going upstairs and generally getting out of breath doing daily things I booked in with the doctor and after months of tests found out I’d got copd emphysema . . . Not me I thought I’m to healthy I’m just a little out of breath . . . I was in denial 😕then it it me like a ton of bricks when I caught a cold and couldn’t even breathe I put on weight and wouldn’t do much due to breathing difficulties . . . It was my son who got me to quit I couldn’t help him as I was so out of breath and struggling and he is disabled and needed me ! From that day I decided enough was enough I chucked the smokes in the bin and slowly packed in it was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve done but also one of the best achievements aswell😊💪🥰 I’ve still got emphysema it won’t go now but I’m actually healthier than I’ve been in years since packing in 💪in reality smoking isn’t cool😎 like I thought it was years ago . If I can do it you can 😊yes it might be hard you have to change your routine you have to be determined and motivated but the benefits are amazing 🤩😊 you can do it ! You’ve got this 💪😊
Have a great day everyone and keep smiling 😊
Love Rockerbilly 🥰😊💪💃🎶🕺🏻xxxxx
