Happy chooseday peeps! I hope you’re all well and, of course, choosing to be smoke free.

We all know, deep down, that we’re far better off without the little white sticks. If you ever have any doubts about your decision, try sitting down and re- writing your reasons for quitting. Even better have a look around and see if you can find the original note. My original note was stuck on the fridge door for about 4 years, then, that 20 yr old fridge gave up the ghost and I put the note in a bag, with the fridge magnets. I’ve just never got around to washing the magnets and putting them back. Sometimes we need to look back, give ourselves a pat on the back and remember how far we have come.

We are all winners.🏆🚭💪

bit chilly this morning , but we dont have to stand outside trying to enjoy poisoning our lungs.
