Just wanted to shout out that I am 16 days smoke free! Cold Turkey ans thru the worst of it I hope. But getting used to the small things as they crop up and finding new ways to behave has been hard...Can anyone tell me for example what I am supposed to do at bustops now when there is eons to go? 😂

I think waiting for buses or waiting for anything is a space which needs to be filled..........I do candy crush,but I've never done at a bus stop,lol

When standing around I normally do try to take note of my breathing and see how deep of deep breaths I can take - normally do around 10 - then I feel I have done something in the time I am waiting - especially outside in the fresh air 😊 feels like a bonus if you know what I mean - doing that instead of the white sticks 🤗
All good suggestions. I like the idea of doing breathing exercises... mindfulness of breath... I'll defo try that. It will be good on stress level front too! Thanks
