it sure has been a while and a lot of things have changed. unfortunately i am back on the fags but the past couple of days i have been reintroducing my vape back into the routine! so admin please reset my quit date to the 28th of November 2019!

Good luck KT... It’s there in the back of your mind to quit, so ultimately you will achieve this I’m sure. I think we all quit in our own way and in our own time and this group is just for support and feedback. I am 61 and have quit many, many times, but really wish I’d managed it before getting issues with my health. Hopefully you’ll iron it out this time. Good luck.
