Okay so tomorrow is my day 1!

It's going to be a struggle to get out of my routine but I'm thinking positive.

So any tips and tricks for beating the cravings would be greatly appreciated ๐Ÿ‘

Wish me luck ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿผ

Well done Hgn. Tomorrow is day 1!

Cravings are very subjective, you could be one of the lucky ones. If they do raise their ugly heads they don't last more than 5/6 minutes. I'm sure that you will learn to deal with them. Here's a link from the pinned posts which should help.

Try to change your routine around to avoid some of the triggers and keep busy. Try the breathing techniques under pinned posts, they really do help.

Stay positive. It sounds clicheโ€™, but Iโ€™m on day 5 now and Iโ€™m reeping benefits already. Drink water. Relax and distract yourself, if need be. Lobelia, is a great herb you can take as well.
