Yes,palpitations can be part of nicotine withdrawal.But I doubt it at the 7 month milestone. I suggest you have a word with your doctor.

Palpitations can also be a symptom of nicotine withdrawal, but they should stop within 3 to 4 weeks after you quit. Being anxious can also give you palpatations.

If you have been quit for 7 months and the palpitations have just started you would be advised to see your doctor and get it checked out. x
