Feeling positive

Thanks to the encouraging posts on here I am feeling more positive that I can kick the smokes for good this time!

I am feeling happier with each day that passes and I am trying not to worry too much about upcoming events that may pose a challenge and instead i am focussing on the fact that I know I can do this.

Great stuff tiggs, keep focusing on that positivity, it will get you through so much and is a fab motivator. Plus make a list of things you are going to spend with the money saved and cross them off as you buy them xxx

Thank you... I have been putting the money in a lot each day I would have bought my baccy. As I have started running and LOVING it my plan is to use that money to buy some good winter running gear
