Hi all finally made it too 3 months which I had down as a milestone, still some bad cravings and get a bit aggy but generally all ok now, although I do find myself smoking in my dreams which is a little weird......

Keep going everyone it gets better

Thats brilliant ! Im finding it a bit more difficult at the 7 week mark and dreading coming off the patches but knowing that others have got through this really helps .
