Hey everyone. Newbie here!!
I've been smoking for 4 years now, however in the last 2 years it has gotten out of control.... I used to just socially smoke when I was out and never bothered about having a smoke while at home or doing day-to-day tasks, but in the last 2 years I have been smoking all day every day. I don't smoke much - around 8-12 cigarettes a day (Ive been keeping track recently).
However, I'm one of these people who really worries about the side effects of stopping smoking, obviously, the health side is incredibly important to me, but Im so deathly afraid of becoming ill, sick or anything else, and that is what's holding me back from quitting.
Can anyone give me some reassurance? Also any tips that have helped / are helping you to quit would be wonderful. I do have an e-cig at the minute that I can use to help my cravings
Thank you so much!
