hey guys i just want to tell you that i'm fine unlike before.. its been one and a half year since i quit smoking 😅🎊🎈 sometimes depression hits me but after awhile i came back to normal :)) maybe i'm not totally recovered but atleast i'm doing good :)) no more chest pains, dizziness, sore throat, jaw clenching, backpains etc. changes comes when i'm not browsing symptoms from google and i kept my self busy. i focused my self to have a positive thinking because it helps me a lot to not to release stressors that react to my physical body :)) i hope all of you will be ok too.. just take a time and try to pray always :)) ask for guidance :))

It is the perfect time to quit, after that age smoking will leave permanent damages, all of this symptoms will go away because you still young. Get involved in physical activities daily if possible, try to get away form the same environment, keep in touch with me, for sure I know a lot about smoking, my whole family used to smoke, I quite when I was 32, for 2 years, no symptoms at all as I was a light smoker, 2 or 3 a day at the most since 20, it was extremely easy at that time, now at 56 it is very tough, don´t do what I did, quit for ever
