hey guys i just want to tell you that i'm fine unlike before.. its been one and a half year since i quit smoking π ππ sometimes depression hits me but after awhile i came back to normal :)) maybe i'm not totally recovered but atleast i'm doing good :)) no more chest pains, dizziness, sore throat, jaw clenching, backpains etc. changes comes when i'm not browsing symptoms from google and i kept my self busy. i focused my self to have a positive thinking because it helps me a lot to not to release stressors that react to my physical body :)) i hope all of you will be ok too.. just take a time and try to pray always :)) ask for guidance :))

Hi Cupcake, eighteen months is fantastic news, well done, a very positive posting......I love to Google too. πΈπΊ
I'm so glad your in a better place, I think it took that amount of time for myself. But as much as I sometimes miss it I wouldn't want to go through that again!!!
18 months fantastic achievement ππ
That's what I do I pray I am on day 4 it's really hard but I'm gonna keep going an its so awesome to see someone post they haven't smoked in a year wow congratulations!!! I really hope I can say that one day
How long did you smoke and how many? I have quit for 4 months now, feeling falling apart, donΒ΄t need smokes, symptoms are killing me
Since I was 13 I am now 33 an I just quit cold turkey last Sunday
Basically 1/2 pack a day sometimes a pack if I was stressed now at 13 not even that much
Sysmptoms r killing me as well the cough so horrid but since I quit all I wanna do is stay smoke free I have so many friends who smoke like all the time an I have been avoiding their phone calls an everything I am weak to smoking right now.
Yo will succeed without related illness, try vaping while quitting it works
Nope I'm actually going cold turkey with everything I don't want anything with smoke r vaper I've tried the vape it's not like real smoke an it actually made me smoke more so I'm just quitting all together and I definitely will stay in contact with you and thank you for the encouraging words it helps a lot.
It is the perfect time to quit, after that age smoking will leave permanent damages, all of this symptoms will go away because you still young. Get involved in physical activities daily if possible, try to get away form the same environment, keep in touch with me, for sure I know a lot about smoking, my whole family used to smoke, I quite when I was 32, for 2 years, no symptoms at all as I was a light smoker, 2 or 3 a day at the most since 20, it was extremely easy at that time, now at 56 it is very tough, donΒ΄t do what I did, quit for ever
keep goin guys :)) expect the unexpected stress πͺ.. and try to fight for the better .
Thank you!!
