Ricky, you are doing great, just keep it up! I smoked for over 40 years and quit over 8 weeks ago. I used the step 3 patches and lozenges. The first 2 weeks were the hardest and the next 2 weeks I began to feel better but still had to fight my cravings. If I can do this you can too. Good Luck and believe me it does get better. This group helped me everyday, so remember we are all here to help.
