Its been 3 weeks since i had my last cig! The first to weeks i felt great! Now going into this third week! I feel like crap! I have tightness on my chest when i wake up, i also have a very bloated stomach with pins and needles in it! I feel full all the time, can any one tell me if this is normal! and what it means, has this happened to anyone else after your 2 week? One good thing is i dont have an urge to smoke!

Hello ,

I am in my 4th week smoke free , cold turkey. Even , i have been having digestive issues and feel bloated but it gets better if i do some exercise or go for a walk . Hang in there , will get better eventually. Our bodies are healing after years of damage.
