Quit smoking

I quit smoking before 3 months ago from the first month I have a problem with the mucus and cough for a second-month cough is reduced and this is the third month now again cough with a thick mucus and heavy cold I am not able to get that thick mucus out from my nose. Is this a regular symptom in quitters or else is this a serious problem?

Try drinking plenty of water it thins out mucus.
