I hope you are all enjoying the sunshine.

Well I've been out window shopping today with my mum and I did have a lovely time but I found I had some really strong cravings the ones where you could really light up. I didn't thank goodness NOPE.

Today is my first weekend since quitting on Tuesday so I have more time on my hands than in the week and there are so many situations where I automatically think 'oh I am doing this or that I'll have a fag' and then remind myself I've quit then feel slight anxious what I can do instead.

I thank god I have still kept strong not one puff ever.

good for you caroline Nope all the way x it's not easy but we'll get there . i had a stock take 2 weeks ago in work and i'd done a 15 hour shift and i was the same i could have gone a fag but i seem to have more willpower than i thought x good for you x it's onward and upwards x
