I quit smoking three days ago. Is it normal for me to have ear aches, sore throats, sore muscles, light head every time I stand up, my legs are really sore along with the back of my neck.

Oh bless u, sorry can't offer much advice sore throats is normal. It's probably all the toxins coming out of your body sounds like flu symptoms. Try hot baths, honey, and plenty of water. Hope you get well soon.

Good advice already given to you. Have a read at the posts for more information.

I would recommend you get checked out at your doctors if after a couple more days you dont improve. I will bob your name on our wall of winners and assign you a badge.

Well done on starting your quit. :) xx
