Reason I asked was I using nothing either and I felt like that for first 4 to 5 days and now I feel great didn't have ear ache though but ache and pains hang in there it will past xxx
Oh bless u, sorry can't offer much advice sore throats is normal. It's probably all the toxins coming out of your body sounds like flu symptoms. Try hot baths, honey, and plenty of water. Hope you get well soon.

As we always advise, if you are concerned, please see your GP. When we quit we have increased oxygen in our blood which is probably contributing to your sensations..the throat is a common one..boy!!! Do I remember them days..mine felt like it was on fire..but like everything else, it came, it tested me..and it went ππππ
