Start of week 6 today.Found it easy at first.Struggling past two days.Patches and mister helping.This N.Korea shit isn't helping!! Real bad cravings for two days now.Fighting it.Would hate myself to fail again......and I wont.AC/DC

6 weeks smokefree is awesome, so let's not spoil that....

It sounds like the anxiety is really got a grip on you theses past few days. It may help to break things down to smaller pieces 😊

Have you just dropped down the patches? It may be that you need the higher dosage for a few more days.

You say the mister ? Is working. Have you tried vaping instead?

Hey... North Korea ....... I know it can be worrying, but think of this.... can you personally change anything? it is what it is. Politicians have been like this forever and nothing will change by you worrying. Remember the Cuban Crisis?

Sit yourself down, take about 10 long deep breaths and remind yourself why you quit and where the anxiety is really coming from.

Ok thanks, still snotty 🤧 yuck... a bit feverish 🤒 and chesty, but better than yesterday, in fact I've managed to stay awake for a few hours 😂

Back to work tomorrow I think, I'll be missing that pay next month otherwise 👍

Hi Johnmc, Welcome to quit support.

Well done on reaching week 6 thats fantastic. Have a look at the pinned posts there is a section on cravings. Sometimes the cravings come out of the blue. The main thing is to be ready for when they do come. If you let us know your exact quit date we can add you to our wall of winners and assign you your badge.

I would just like to say well done I have only been going since 800 am I Delete repeated word stated before but to a crave I had to give in after 4 hours trying to fight the crave I need to sleep IO am just hopping that I don't get the same tonight the rest normally last about 30 to 1 hour
