I can do this I tell myself!!!! Then 3 minutes.....π I am trying to keep my mind away from thinking about it!!!
You can so do this,the 1st week is probably the hardest,I promise it does get easier,in the meantime try to do something,anything,runπββοΈ up and down the stairs even. Cravings pass. Remember the 4 D's (look it up in the search box) so you have something to do.ππͺxx
Hi dear I use to smoke around the same time u use to smoke , watching TV and smoking,at times listening to music and smoking so when I decided to quit I put a stop to all of those things .for the past one week I didn't watch TV neither did I listen to music cos when I do that my cravings to smoke goes higher.and it helped me to reach where I am now.i use to eat carrots when my cravings starts and it helped me too so my dear just try your best to find something to replace the cigs when the cravings starts coming in and I know u can do it.and don't forget that at the end of the tunnel there is light!!!!!!πͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺπͺππππ ππππYES U CAN nkineza!!!
Thank u volleyaan!! I need to find something to hold which feels like a cigarette because I love the feeling holding a cigarette gives me!! I was a serious chainsmoker!!! My poor lungs have seen it all!!ππππ

Oh I could not go back to sleep so I start to daydream in the middle of the night but I almost went to say hello to my next door who smokes!!
