Hey All,

So why do we get these aweful cravings? Well think of it this way; our brain is designed to protect us;

The brain has learned over the time that whenever you drive, get angry and or .......... etc => you always smoke

so now u need to rewire ur brain and ensure it that you are safe if u do not get a cig whilst driving,

or sittin on a computer and so on

The cravings we get are alarms triggered by the brain to remind us of our cig dose thinking that our life is threatened

Every craving we overcome ensures and rewires our brain that we are safe despite not having a cig

Good for you I've tried and tried before this time I really made my mind up. Personally I think that's what it's all about you have to have a strong mind and lots of Will power. I read somewhere were drinking a lot of water helps remove and clean your system easier or faster. Good luck sincere wishes for the best
