Day 3 of not smoking and still fighting with the patches lol they don't like my skin just keep peeling off I suppose it keeps my mind occupied as to if it's still on. I don't feel to bad at the moment,I'm just going with the flow I do get the odd urge but I'm holding in there . I hope everybody's having a wonderful smoke free day . Cheers bean
