I have tried several times over the past year- now I have to really go for it. Administration please reset my day I am aiming to cut down this week and quit on Friday. Every time I decide I just get scared i wont cope and start again. I am now going through a divorce but I have to be able to manage without them ..... I don't like the Vape machines and know if I can get my head right for a few days I can do it cold turkey .... aggghhhh fills me full of dread but I have to do it ......

Hi

You can do this 👍 I have the utmost confidence in you

Karen xx

Very much good luck to you.. I too can not do the vapes... I am on champix though and going to ask nurse next week to take me off of them...really tired of side effects with a really dry throat... You can do it, it may be a bit more challenging due to your circumstance... But that will only make you a stronger person in the end...😀

Hello😊

Sorry to hear you're going through a tough time right now. You can do it and if you choose cold turkey prepare yourself, get loads of healthy snacks in ( I went through mini eggs like they were going out of fashion😬) , treat yourself, especially if you feel low at any point. Could be a bubbly bath, a lounge on the sofa with a good movie or a good book, just don't feel guilty😊, your body needs time to heal and rest.

Saying all that if you get the 'on edge' feelings or cravings a short burst of exercise is really good, a brisk walk round the block to get your heart pumping can be great.

Melfs posts might help too as she's also gone through a split recently.xx

Good luck, we'll be here if you need us💐💐😊
