I drop in now and again but never seem to have the time to write a post.

so here's a quick one. Over 2 years since my last cigarette. Do I miss it? Yes. Do I have cravings? Yes. Will I smoke again? No

this the one lifestyle change you need to make. Forget all the others for the time being. Drink and eat and party.

it was tough the first 3 months and I relied heavily on gum , patches and lozenges. Bit I quit. I now writ non smoker. I watch people huddled in doorways against the rain and wind, knowing full well they will have to do it again in an hour. For no other reason than they need to top the nicotine up. Knowing that what they are doing could disable them or bring an early end.

it doesn't have to be that way. Stop , use nicotine replacement, use a vape, see your doctor for help. If you fail, you will have given your lungs a few days holidays. Start again. Every day you don't is better for you.

stop being a slave to a habit that has no benefit.

keep going lovely people.
