Who would have thought after 40 years of smoking I've been smoke free for 9days never thought I'd see the day when I could drive to work without smoking. Still a long way to go I know that but I will make it πŸ˜€

one day at a time, those days roll in weeks then months then years :) :) :) keep up the great quit you have going :)

Thanks I intend to, although it is really difficult at times

9 days πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ» It does get easier.. I keep my reason close for quitting " fear of developing a smoking related illness" It's not easy but so worth it!!
