Well Monkey I always try to avoid too much fruit as they turn to sugar when blended so I focus on anything green. Kale, broccoli, spinach, cucumber, celery, pear, apple (with skins), carrots, spring onions, ginger, juice of one lemon and one orange. I have also bought some frozen fruit and have made a fruit one when I craved sugar. Also very cold and refreshing on a hot day. You need to experiment with different combinations and google tasty recipes. I must warn you my very healthy green recipe tastes awful!! I drink it for the health benefits and not for enjoyment. However, they are very filling :-)
