So my wonderful weekend has ended.... I am back in that dark room with the light off and the fan on me looking at pictures from this past weekend with my girlfriend......
She has been my port from the storm, my friend I could cry to about these attacks, she would rub my head at night while I would fall asleep.....
Reason I am so scared is because I'm back here and I hadn't seen her since my panic attacks started..... I also stopped talking on the phone because I didn't want her to worry about me So we text..... I love her..... I am so afraid of having another attack and not seeing her for a month again....
We went to the Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs baseball game together
We watched movies together, it was a awesome weekend, and when I was about to have an attack, she would lay with me and make sure I was ok.... I love her so much..... Trying to talk her in to quitting smoking..... She's 25.......

Great picture and by the sounds and looks of it a gorgeous, caring girlfriend 😊💛
I'm glad you had a good weekend and now you two can think about spending more time together 😊👍 she obviously gets you and cares for you 💛
When you say you're back in the dark room, is that because its naturally dark or just that the light off?? If it's a naturally dark room then could you brighten it up with a coat of paint?? If your home feels light and airy then it can help with you not feeling so down 😊👍🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭🚭
Lovely photo, and your girlfriends lovely she sounds so loving and caring . It would be nice and good for you if you could spend more time together. For your depression an Panic Attacks has you GP give you something to help. I know your under a specialist and he has said he can see some improvement. I hope you come out the other side soon and can start planning to be with your girlfriend more . Sending Hugs and prayers your way x
You look like a great couple and sounds like you had a lovely weekend, think you should follow Maddyg's advice and have a chat with your doctor to see if something can be offered to help when you feel an attack coming on, breathing exercises can and do help (I've suffered anxiety in the past and it's where mindfulness has helped me) so that may be an option.
Also worth looking at droopyj suggestions as bright colours and natural light do wonders for our moods.
Stay strong and well done on your quit journey - love n hugs x
