hey folks. I previously posted about gums and teeth and pain etc.
in the laat week I have discovered oil pulling using coconut oil for 20 mins each morning. it has led to a massive improvement in my mouth, and I totally recommend it.
lots of sites with information about it.

Thankyou firecrow defiantly going to try this. I have now been stopped for 4 weeks and the past week i have experienced very sore gums and teeth. Was unsure if this was related to the quiting but im guess ing now it is. Having had a stressful week thru personal reasons im not sure if i am also gritin/grinding my teeth in my sleep. But going to try the coconut oil.
