Big Ron, I know what you mean about food tasting good. I have just hauled my nutri bullet out of the cupboard and dusted it off and started using it again. I never realised fruit etc could taste so good and well.... delicious. Pineapple is my favourite and seems to settle my cravings. I feel very happy and like you enjoying life again. I no longer suffer the smokers guilt!! Good luck in your journey. Stay strong.
